Ellen is a new designer in our line. She
began her career in art as an apprentice to the
famous illustrator,
David Stone Martin. She relates that it was near the end of his life
and,
"He really gave me the foundation of basic Illustration, line and
form."
In
the ensuing years she pursued sculpting, design, off loom bead weaving,
doll making
and jewelry fabrication. Combining her successful ventures
in these mediums Ellen has
created her own unique style. The combination
of lyrical designs and strong colors makes
